Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with our AI product photography service. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for purchased credits.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds are available in the following circumstance:
Generation failure with paid credits consumed
If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our end and your paid credits are consumed without producing a usable image, you are eligible for a refund of those credits.
Please note:
- Free starter credits are not eligible for refunds
- Refunds apply only to paid credit packs and Pro subscription charges
- We may offer credit restoration instead of a monetary refund at our discretion
- Refunds are not available for generations that complete successfully but don't meet your aesthetic preferences
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email us with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date and time of the failed generation
- Description of what happened (error message, if any)
- The product or image you were trying to generate

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Processing time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit restoration: Immediately applied to your account
- Monetary refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method
Pro subscription cancellations
If you cancel your Pro subscription:
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
- After your subscription ends, you'll return to the free plan
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
